Here it is ... the last pumpkin post of the season ... A little bittersweet, but I am anxious to get my peppermint, gingerbread, egg nog baking party started! 🎄⁣ .⁣ I'm doing something different for Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. A deconstructed pie of sorts. These are my Pumpkin Pudding Napolean Pastries. If you've watch any Food Network baking competition, chances are you've seen a Napolean or two. Creamy pumpkin custard layered between flaky pastry sheets. This may be the fanciest dessert I'

Yeah, I agree too that it really seems that Food Network is all about the competition or reality shows now. Although, I do enjoy the kids baking and spring baking championship shows, and I do like the pioneer woman, too, i just think food Network has lost what it is known for.

I watched the food network all night last night they have a bunch of Halloween baking competition shows on right now and I'm living

That’s a fact, I started watching the food network cause they have a bunch of holiday themed baking competition shows going on now

my friend is a aspiring baker/pastry chef and I was wondering how she can sign up to be a contestant on one of the Food Network baking competition shows? Here's her Facebook page.

i guess if comfort is meant less as 'brought/brings me joy so i seek it out' and more 'i seek it out when already upset to come back to neutral' then my true comfort show is chopped and any of the baking competition shows on food network lmaooo but the gifted man! fav show ever!

You know your kids watch too many baking/cooking competition shows when you hear “1 minute left bakers, you should be plating” 💕😂

risaeats1960 24 Sep 2017
When are you getting your own cooking show? I don't watch baking shows. Don't particularly like competition shows.

TriciaT831 17 Dec 2018
I watch that! And all of the other baking/competition shows. 😁

I’m watching right now, holiday baking championship is without question, my absolute favorite competition show on Food Network 😀🙂😍

How do we get Emeril Live back on TV. I am tired of competition shows Cake Wars , Donut show down , Kids baking The food network . is becoming ridiculous I learned so much about food and cooking from Emeril Bring back Emeril live

I like Guy but am weary of all the shows & kid & baking competition shows. FN used to be favorite; no more.

Any non Food Network chef would be crazy to enter this tournament. They are soooooo fixed. Buddy destroyed Duff on their baking competition show but god forbid the Food Network star lose

StefneMiller 21 Oct 2018
I have watched an ungodly amount of Halloween baking competition shows on over the last week. So much so that I may need to detox before all of the Christmas baking competition shows start airing.

Abigail20149 18 Mar 2019
Buddys arrogance and constant dissing of Duff makes this show unwatchable. I am astounded Food Network tolerates and airs his snobbish comments. Not a good look for a network that has lots of kids baking competitions.

This makes me profoundly sad. You are simply the best! needs to bring back more (actual) cooking shows. The plethora of holiday baking/competition shows this time of year is incredibly boring.

Patriots2005 25 Nov 2018
Food network star, Holiday Baking championship, Best Baker in America and the Gingerbread competition (can't remember the exact name of that show). How'd I do 😉😉

In no particular order: 5. Hoarding pretty yarn... 4. Watching baking competition shows, esp the boring food network ones 3. Probably every channel I follow on YouTube ngl 2. Buying books I've been dying to read and then not reading them for months/years 1. emblem heroes

Why does cancel the great shows and keep making the stupid cooking competition shows (not Iron chef, but the terribly scripted baking championship shows). I want the food network from the early 2000’s back.

TVandDinners Mar 9
Things are always awful now, but at least Food Network has a steady stream of Monday night baking competition shows to keep us going.
